Player funds are held in segregated bank accounts, separate from 9koin operational funds. In the event of platform insolvency or operational failure, Player funds remain protected and are not subject to claims by 9koin creditors. This segregation ensures that your Real Money Balance is always available for withdrawal, subject to completion of KYC and wagering requirements.

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. For football (soccer), bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are typically voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours. For Indonesian football leagues (BRI Liga 1, Liga 2), official results as declared by the PSSI (Football Association of Indonesia) are considered final. For mix parlay bets (multi-leg accumulators), all selections must win; one void selection typically results in adjusted odds, while one losing selection voids the entire parlay.
